TxMiller Foundation Travel Award Recipients Announced for APHIA 2026

We are pleased to announce the recipients of the 2026 TxMiller Foundation Travel Awards, each valued at AUD $2,500, supporting students and early-career scientists to attend APHIA 2026 (25–28 May, Numazu, Japan) and engage with the global immunogenetics community.

Congratulations to our 2026 award recipients:

  • Rachel Cassar – Australian Red Cross Lifeblood, Sydney, Australia

  • Matthew Glasenapp – University of California, Santa Cruz, USA

  • Emmett Wong – National University Hospital, Singapore

  • Rakshit Rakshit – Mahatma Gandhi Medical College & Hospital, Jaipur, India

The award recipients will present their work during the TxMiller Foundation Travel Award Session at APHIA 2026 on Tuesday, 26 May.

📍 APHIA 2026 will take place 25–28 May in Numazu, Japan, at Plaza Verde, following the 19th International Histocompatibility Workshop.
